Laundry by Fannie Watkinson

Some folded, with crisp lines and still warm insides.  Others topsy turvy, helter skelter with colors running and sliding together.  All of it amassed in a tremendous mount of delicious-smelling, clean-feeling-ness.  You have to understand that while laundry is always wonderful (especially when folded by the laundry gnome), this particular batch here, now is absurdly satisfying.  Each person is a pile and that pile grows until “wait, did you see that bra?” turns to “must not have been in there.”  With my goody bag of clothes, I wonder how long until they are muddy again.  Except for that one sock…
